Tonight I thought I'd try out the HD mode on my Canon 5D. I've use it before but have never really played around with the settings etc.

Below is a test of a candle flickering - all in glorious high definition.

Last month I had the pleasure of going to Belvoir Castle in Nottingham to see an amazing fireworks competition between 3 rival pyrotechnic specialists. The event was amazing and here are a few snaps from it.

This morning I went for a walk round the local country park. Rushcliffe Country park is based in Ruddington and has some great photo opportunities for portrait sessions (as well as the odd bird!).
